Functional Fixtures

Joule's strength is in the design and manufacture of functional test fixtures. Using 3D modeling software to create the fixtures allows us to actuate pneumatics, open and close overclamps, actuate side access units - all before a single part has been machined for the fixture.

This allows us to get it right the first time and it allows the test engineer to view and approve his or her fixture's design before the build process begins. That way there are no surprises.

Custom Fixtures

Joule mechanical design and manufacture capabilities allows us to create other custom projects to meet your test needs. Joule can design burn-in racks, jigs and stand-alone test station.
